SPF is non-negotiable
Keep the morning routine thin enough that sunscreen applies evenly and does not pill under makeup.
Oily / reactive skin
A streamlined routine map for actives, barrier recovery, makeup-safe mornings, and emergency calm-down rules. It keeps the useful strictness of a protocol.
When the routine gets too crowded, protect the basics first. The rest is garnish with a dropper.
Keep the morning routine thin enough that sunscreen applies evenly and does not pill under makeup.
Use A-Game 5 strictly on the forehead, on completely dry skin, and keep it away from reactive areas.
Use Porefectly Clear only on nose and chin. No heroic full-face exfoliation; this is skincare, not medieval warfare.

The routine works because the “where” and “when” are strict. Annoying, yes. Effective, also yes.
In the morning, use either Liquid Hydration or one serum, not both by default. This is the main anti-pilling rule.

Apply A-Game 5 and Porefectly Clear only on completely dry skin and only on their target zones.
Do not put Liquid Hydration underneath retinal on the forehead or BHA on the nose/chin. Use hydration around those zones or after, if needed.
Keep A-Game 5 strictly on the forehead. Keep Porefectly Clear strictly on the nose and chin. Protect the reactive red spot from exfoliating or retinoid actives.
Power Peptides is best on recovery/repair nights. On active nights, use only if needed and avoid layering it directly over the treated active zone.
Use only a tiny drop at night to seal without stickiness. Skip or spot-use on very oily nights.

Use cleanser, Liquid Hydration, eye cream, and a tiny amount of Hydration Station. Keep actives off the reactive area until it has calmed down.
If the morning routine starts pilling, remove the serum first, not the sunscreen. SPF gets the throne. The serum can sit in the waiting room.
