Practical priority

When the routine gets too crowded, protect the basics first. The rest is garnish with a dropper.

1

SPF is non-negotiable

Keep the morning routine thin enough that sunscreen applies evenly and does not pill under makeup.

AM anchormakeup-safe
2

Retinal stays targeted

Use A-Game 5 strictly on the forehead, on completely dry skin, and keep it away from reactive areas.

3

BHA stays targeted

Use Porefectly Clear only on nose and chin. No heroic full-face exfoliation; this is skincare, not medieval warfare.

Master application rules

The routine works because the “where” and “when” are strict. Annoying, yes. Effective, also yes.

1

One watery layer AM

In the morning, use either Liquid Hydration or one serum, not both by default. This is the main anti-pilling rule.

2

Makeup morning rule

Before SPF and foundation, keep skincare thin: cleanse, one watery step, tiny eye cream, SPF. Let SPF set before makeup.

3

Actives on dry skin

Apply A-Game 5 and Porefectly Clear only on completely dry skin and only on their target zones.

4

No hydration under actives

Do not put Liquid Hydration underneath retinal on the forehead or BHA on the nose/chin. Use hydration around those zones or after, if needed.

5

Respect target zones

Keep A-Game 5 strictly on the forehead. Keep Porefectly Clear strictly on the nose and chin. Protect the reactive red spot from exfoliating or retinoid actives.

6

Peptides on recovery nights

Power Peptides is best on recovery/repair nights. On active nights, use only if needed and avoid layering it directly over the treated active zone.

7

Hydration Station stays tiny

Use only a tiny drop at night to seal without stickiness. Skip or spot-use on very oily nights.

Emergency simplification rules

For when the skin unionizes and files a complaint.

If makeup pillsNext morning use cleanse → Sensibio Eye → SPF only. Add Liquid Hydration only if tight.
If red spot flaresStop retinal, BHA, vitamin C, aPAD, B-Bomb and mask near that area until calm.
If dehydrated but shinyDo not add more actives. Add Liquid Hydration and keep Hydration Station tiny.
If nose/chin flakesReduce Porefectly Clear to once weekly until smooth again.
If forehead gets irritatedReduce A-Game 5 to once weekly and buffer around the forehead after it dries.

Fine print

Collapsed here so the page stays readable.

Barrier calm fallback

Use cleanser, Liquid Hydration, eye cream, and a tiny amount of Hydration Station. Keep actives off the reactive area until it has calmed down.

Anti-pilling fallback

If the morning routine starts pilling, remove the serum first, not the sunscreen. SPF gets the throne. The serum can sit in the waiting room.
